Our trial and litigation practice in both state and federal courts spans multiple practice areas but tends to focus on trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and domain name disputes.  We have also handled other types of commercial litigation including construction law, products liability, insurance law and fiduciary litigation.  Our firm sometimes serves as co-counsel with non-intellectual property attorneys and law firms in intellectual property matters.  We also assist other law firms with electronic evidence and discovery issues.  Our firm understands that sometimes early settlement is the best option; at other times, trial is the only alternative.
