About Us
We are an intellectual property law firm that primarily serves West Texas. Although we focus our efforts on Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, Midland-Odessa and Wichita Falls, our law firm serves clients in several states. We frequently serve as co-counsel or local counsel in intellectual property litigation. We have been retained to provide consulting expert work in intellectual property cases. Our offices are located in Amarillo and Lubbock, Texas.
Our team has handled federal trademarks for more than a decade. We have obtained more federal trademark registrations than any other law firm in the Texas Panhandle and South Plains. We were recently named one of the “Top Trademark Firms” by Intellectual Property Today magazine for 2010 and 2011.
Our team is attorney Chris Stewart, paralegal Carl Mueller, paralegal Amy Dobberstein and office manager Melanie Stewart. We are here to serve our clients in a cost-effective manner. Our clients care about results and we do our best to deliver.
